Main Material Properties:

PTFE: Excellent chemical resistance, compatible with nearly all media. A stable thermoplastic limited to low-pressure service; low friction coefficient, modifiable by adding glass fiber, carbon fiber, graphite, metal powder and other fillers.

PEEK: Outstanding chemical resistance, ideal for high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions up to 260°C. Excellent wear resistance, a robust semi-crystalline thermoplastic with resistance to hydrolysis, steam and hot water.

PCTFE: Optimized for cryogenic service, usable down to -260°C. Suitable only for relatively low pressure; features superior thermal stability and nearly zero water absorption.

German Yellow Nylon: Suitable for high-pressure applications with a lower operating temperature range. Better dimensional stability than PTFE, low friction coefficient and lower water absorption than standard nylon.
